What should be considered when upgrading WFR versions 11G to version 12C? Specifically:

Consider installing the new WFR 12c in different directory on same server?
Or, install the new WFR 12c in same directory on same server?
When upgrading WebVerifier to 12c from older 11g, is this automatically completed during the upgrade process?
