Symptoms

Documents including invoices are not appearing in the EBS-based Inspyrus back end.

Changes

Tthe WFR server was spontaneously removed from the Active Directory Domain, which caused file access permissions problems with the network file share it hosted for both Capture and WFR output files to be accessible to other systems.
