EM Console Flow Instance 'Search Section' Window Cannot Return to Its Original Position

Symptoms
When trying to open the search section by clicking the magnifying glass icon on the far right in the flow instance page, found the search section window floats to the far left of the page and the size of the window becomes smaller. Since this window is always covered on the Flow Instances page, it impacts viewing the query result of the instances.
