Symptoms

 OHS seems to reset LD_LIBRARY_PATH. LD_LIBRARY_PATH on CGI doesn't have paths which are added "environment.append.LD_LIBRARY_PATH" in ohs.plugins.nodemanager.properties when using privileged port on Linux.
