WebLogic Managed Servers Health Status is not Reachable but the Status is RUNNING (Doc ID 2832821.1)

Symptoms

From WebLogic Admin Console we can see Managed Servers health status is not reachable but the status is running. And the below error message happened in the server logs:

 

Changes

The active-standby mode of the WebLogic cluster domain is configured on two nodes. Each node is running AdminServer.
