Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality
When creating OSB and WSM clusters simultaneously, the "OSB Singleton Components Automatic Migration" checkbox is missing.
Changes
When creating the domain, in the "Managed Server" step, use the "Clone" button instead of the "Add" button.
When using "Add" button for each managed servers and you modify each server one by one, the domains created are fine.
When using the scenario to modify the first managed server that appears, and hit the "Clone" button several times (doing the modifications on each managed server), the domains are created incorrectly and the "OSB Singleton Components Automatic Migration" checkbox is missing.
