Symptoms

After applying Bundle Patch 32337168: 12.2.1.4 Bundle Patch 210102 (12.2.1.4.210102) or newer, when selecting an option from the tree view, another tab opens with the following message: an unresolvable error has occurred, please contact your administrator for more information.
