Import Processor Stopped Importing Emails and Files from Folders

Information in this document applies to any platform.
All Import Processor jobs stopped importing. Jobs that are configured to import from a folder and also emails are no longer importing batches. The "capture-batchinput-queue" has only a single message in it and the Import Processor logging is not showing that any of the jobs are even attempting to perform any work.
