Fail to Start Managed Servers on Console or Wlst NmStart () (Doc ID 2834726.1)

Symptoms

The managed servers fail to start in console or wlst nmStart (). It fails with error below "Error: Could not find or load main class <some_random string>"  (In this case it is domain name.)
Start of Admin or Managed servers manually at <DOMAIN_HOME>/bin/startWeblogic.sh or <DOMAIN_HOME>/bin/startManagedServer.sh <managedserver> are working fine.
