Symptoms

Testing a connection to a SSL Database setup is throwing the next error.
The JDBC and auxiliary files (ojdbc8.jar, oraclepki.jar, osdt_cert.jar and osdt_core.jar) used are from 12.2 version and the database is 19c version.
