Symptoms

User not able to connect to a Postgres Database from within GGSCI:

GGSCI> dblogin sourcedb DDDD userid UUUU password ******
2022-01-23 20:58:04 WARNING OGG-00552 Database operation failed: Couldn't connect to DDDD. ODBC error: SQLSTATE IM003 native database error 0. [DataDirect][ODBC lib] Specified driver could not be loaded.
