SOA Performance Issue With CPU's Percentage Where Load Is Not Evenly Distributed (Doc ID 2847255.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version,

SOA Performance Issue with high CPU's Percentage where load is not evenly distributed

On SOA Cluster of 4 servers, the servers running pretty much balanced load, but always around on 3rd day, high CPU on one server is noticed and never coming down where the rest of servers are behaving okay at this point. When it comes close to 4th or 5th day of the week, severe performance issue happens on SOA till recycling SOA Manage Servers. Once the servers are recycled, they will run fine for next 2 to 3 days and then will run into same issue again.
