NodeManager Failing During Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 5.9.0 SSL Setup Going to "Inactive" From WLS Console (Doc ID 2847271.1)

Symptoms

Installed and setup OAS, configured SSL with basic steps and restarted the servers but the Nodemanager is "Inactive" from the console monitoring tab. The below error is seen in the nodemanager.log file:
