Goal

OGG release 21.4.0.0.0 OGGCORE_21.4.0.0.0OGGRU_PLATFORMS_211012.2258_FBO, we are getting below error while doing dblogin.

2022-01-06 14:02:29 INFO OGG-03542 Failed to connect to the database. Verify that the connection string and following environment variables are correct:
TNS_ADMIN = <path>
LD_LIBRARY_PATH = <path>.
Error: OCI Error ORA (status = 12545-ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist)
