Symptoms

On : APEX 21.2 version, Flow Builder

When attempting to delete a particular application
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Exception in "final_exception_handler":
Error Stack: ORA-02091: transaction rolled back
ORA-02292: integrity constraint (APEX_210200.WWV_FLOWS_FK_AUTHENTICATION) violated - child record found
ORA-20876: Stop APEX Engine


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in APEX Builder
2. Select the application
3.Click delete the application
