Symptoms
Jndi provider url value in EM console gets overridden, if Admin Server is restarted.
Use Case
1. Login to EM console
2. Navigate to
SOA --> soa-infra --> Administration --> System MBean Browser --> Application Defined MBeans oracle.soa.config->domain:base_domain --> EssConfig -->ess_config
3. Update "JNDIProviderURL" from t3://host:port to t3s://host:port
4. Restart Admin Server and "JNDIProviderURL" will be reset back to t3

Upgrade SOA Suite to 12.2.1.4.0 from 11g.
