BPM Worklist SSO Integration with OKTA in Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.4.0 (Doc ID 2848802.1)

Goal

The customer has a SOA domain where CSR Portal application(BPM Worklist) is deployed. Users present in SOA LDAP can login this CSR Portal. They have Configured SAML 2.0 with Okta to access the CSR Portal and have followed Doc ID 2663894.1. Now the SAML application will redirect the CSR Portal but can't authenticate to login. 

Note: The customer has created the user in weblogic which is sent by OKTA.
