How to Bypass SAML to Log Into the WCC (Doc ID 2849566.1)

Goal

When the WebCenter Content server is configure for SAML Single Sign On, anytime the WCC page is opened and the Login button is clicked, the login request will always get redirected to the SAML IDP.

If it's desired to log into the WCC as a non-SAML user, such as the WCC domain admin user (typically user weblogic) or a user from an LDAP server.
