Symptoms
Password changes performed with accounts with administrator rights bypass password restrictions enforced by password policies.
The password is changed by an Administrator level account to a standard user using a password that is less restrictive than the password restrictions enforced by password policies.
The result of this action is that the password is changed to the less restrictive password. This bypasses the password policy restrictions.
In the event log the following is seen.
Changes
User account password attribute is changed by a Administrative level account.
