When multi-page document is checked-in as a .doc, this document is converted to PDF but all pages are merged onto one making the document unreadable.

1. Check-in a .doc document that goes thru In-Bound Refinery (IBR) conversion.
2. The document is converted to PDF
3. All pages are merged onto one making the document unreadable.

User(s) can't read document as all pages are merged into one with overlapping text.
