WebCenter Capture Deployment Health Is In Warning State after Applying Patch 33788130 (Doc ID 2850036.1)

Last updated on MARCH 01, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After applying Patch 33788130: OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.220125 to a WebCenter environment, it has been observed that the health of the Capture deployment is in a warning state.  More specifically,  XslTransformationProcessorBean health is in a warning state.

The following documentation has been completed to fix the warning, but the solution is failing in a clustered environment:
https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/webcenter/content/12.2.1.4/manage-capture/managing-xml-transformation-jobs.html#GUID-54EFBB2F-9CAC-4551-B61E-9306912AABB7

When creating a queue with the given JNDI details, and pointing it to capture-jms-server_auto_1, the warning of server 1 removes.  But then to remove the warning from server 2, when creating another queue with the same JNDI details and pointing it to capture-jms-server_auto_2, during the change activation, the below error occurs:

An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
Error preparing connection factory"capture-jms-module!capture-connection-factory" is already bound by another object of type "weblogic.jms.frontend.FEConnectionFactoryImpl_12214_WLStub"

After trying to point the capture jms-module to both the server, the same error occurs.
