Does the change to default "SystemPasswordValidator" get enforced on the WebLogic Administration User ?

To change default user password policy from WebLogic Administration Console are below:

1. Login to /console and then click on "Security Realms" on the left pane.
2. Click on myrealm and then click on the Providers tab.
3. Click on "Password Validation" subtab and then click on SystemPasswordValidator.
4. Click on "Provider Specific" subtab.
5. From Settings for SystemPasswordValidator - make changes to the default password policy.
