OBIEE Managed Server Fails to Start on SSL Port When Using nmStart() Getting Error "Invalid server AdminServer SSL configuration" (Doc ID 2851804.1)

Symptoms

OBIEE domain managed server "bi_server1" fails to start when using <DOMAINHOME>/bitools/bin/start.sh script, it starts the NodeManager  and Adminserver but bi_server1 fails with below mentioned error.

This issue is only seen when all the servers are started using start.sh script. If NodeManager and Adminserver  are started using startNodeManager.sh and startWebLogic.sh scripts respectively, then starting bi_server1 from Admin Console is successful.
