A heap dump shows that a memory leak is found in OWSM 12.2.1.3 with May Bundle Patch 32917014 "OWSM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.3.210524":
oracle.wsm.policyaccess.PolicyAccessPoint loaded by com.oracle.classloader.weblogic.LaunchClassLoader
