Eliminate Duplicates Issue (Doc ID 2852159.1)

Goal

Customer have identified a situation where Pattern called Eliminate Duplicates does not work as expected. The situation was detected when this pattern/stage is placed after a Left Outer Join stage where the passing event is enriched from a reference (stream or table) and this stage produces more events (based on number of records in the reference). It expected that even in the case when multiple events enters the stage at the very same time the Eliminate Duplicates pattern will forward only one of the events.

I do attache the minimal example exported from OSA. Please watch the last stage called Drop_dup_clients and look for attribute ClientSiebleId=24003804. This attribute is which used as Duplicate Criteria.
