Goal
Using the Generic SOAP services of Oracle WebCenter Content to create Collections and then upload Attachment files to those Collections.
WSDL: https://<POD>.fa.<DATA_CENTER>.oraclecloud.com/idcws/GenericSoapPort?WSDL
Environment was upgraded to R22A (11.13.22.1.0). Some of the older web services do not work as expected.
