Symptoms

On 12.2.1.4.0 version, HA File Adapter - Overwrites File Contents Instead of Appending To File

HA File Adapter used in an SCA process seems to overwrite file contents instead of appending to, messing up output file format.
This issue is sporadic, does not happen all the time, but once a month. This is the third time happened in prod.
