Symptoms

In a 14c migrated environment from 3.7.x user stopped seeing cache-size and cache-effectiveness reports are not generating. User had enabled reports with the default report-all.xml and all the reports are generating except cache-size and cache-effectiveness. No errors thrown in the logs. In addition, when user had trying to debug this report issue, looks like there were no JMX CacheMbean saw in the Jconsole. JMX is not showing CacheMBean and COHQL is throwing an error when trying to query.
