Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4 version, WebCenter Sites

After installing October 2021 Patch on top of Webcenter Sites 12.2.1.3 or 12.2.1.4 the Paste functionality in CKEditor can only be done with CTRL+V.
The toolbar options for Paste are no longer available.
