Symptoms
After upgrading to 12.2.1.4.0. when any changes were made in the Weblogic console, the following error is seen when clicking on "Activate Changes".
The problem here is though the managed server was deleted, for some reason it is still pointing to it. However, the error goes away after restarting all servers, but it reappears again after some time, as it is intermittent.
