Custom keystores Configured WebLogic AdminServer Failing with "Error initializing trust manager factory" (Doc ID 2852864.1)

Symptoms

Custom keystores were correctly configured in the admin console for the adminserver and starting it from the nodemanager it shows the message of an Invalid server AdminServer SSL configuration:
