Symptoms

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) execution fails intermittently with "A login timeout occurred while connecting to the database" when loading data from source to Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database.

Data server test connection for ATP database is successful. Error stack trace is as follows:
