Symptoms
On : APEX 21.2 version, Flow Builder
When attempting to use any apex application
the following errors are seen in the browser console

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to APEX 21.2
2. Ran any APEX application
3. Open the Browser Console and find out the errors
