Symptoms
JDBC DataSource is configured to ues WebLogic MSSQL driver to connect to MS SQL server.
The JVM is configured to route the requests through a proxy server, using the java options "-Dhttp.proxyHost=<proxy-host> -Dhttp.proxyPort=<Proxy-Port> -Dhttps.proxyHost=<proxy-host> -Dhttps.proxyPort=<proxy-port>"
This setup was working fine, but after applying the October 2021 PSU, the DataSource initialization failing with below error:
