Error Frm-40200 even When Update Allowed Property is Yes (Doc ID 285383.1)

Symptoms

 Cannot update an item even though the Insert, Update property for item is set to yes.
Error FRM-40200.

You can only do this when the Primary Key for the item is set to NO.
