Symptoms

Accessing backend application through OHS results in

Failure of Web Server bridge:No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

OHS log shows below error:

The communication between OHS and backend WebLogic is over SSL(https).
