High Traffic Usage on WebLogic Instance Originating from Java Advanced Management Agents (Doc ID 2854408.1)

The Java Advanced Management Console (AMC) is deployed on WebLogic (WLS) 14. Multiple 32-bit AMC Agents are deployed to Windows 10 64-bit hosts. After running for a period of time, the WebLogic instance experiences high network usage, with increasing CPU time. The network traffic originates from the deployed AMC Agents.
