The LogMiner Worker/Logminer Builder Process Is Consuming High CPU After Starting The Extract (Doc ID 2854524.1)

Symptoms

The LogMiner Worker Process and Logminer builder processes appear in the top 5 of the unix "top" command.
Both with a cpu usage >90%:


After start OGG Extract:
