Symptoms
When trying to change the IP address of Fusion Middleware, the chghost script fails, and log file shows the following errors:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Changing the Host Name of Oracle Fusion Middleware
2. Run chghost and it fails
