BI Reports Will Not Display for Users Without Administrative privileges (Doc ID 2854992.1)

Symptoms

When running a BI Report from Forms the report gets generated successfully but the report status is only returned as Success if the user has Admin privileges.

The report will only display with a status of Success so reports will not display for non-Admin users. Users must be part of the oracle.bi.publisher.administerServer role.

The report should display for end users without Administrative privileges.
