Symptoms

When converting Tiffs to PDF Image Only in the Capture Commit Profile they all return with the following error:
Failed to export document to an Image-Only PDF. Exit code: 9[[oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: Failed to export document to an Image-Only PDF. Exit code: 9
