Exalogic Virtual: Starting Guest vServer From EMOC Taking Long Time At FabricCRUD Tasks On IB Switches (Doc ID 2855168.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of starting guest vservers from EMOC taking long time to finish is noticed. vServer starts up successfully. When looking at the EMOC job log we notice that long time is taken at FabricCRUD tasks deleting and recreating the VNICs on the IB switches. Following are snippets from EMOC job log corresponding to vServer startup which shows FabricCRUDTask taking long time during deleting and recreating the VNICs.
