Goal

An application requires usage of Oracle TopLink. The target deployment environment is Weblogic Server 12.2.1.4.0. When accessing the Oracle development tools download link here, the TopLink download link is missing. Why is the TopLink download not available and is TopLink supported on WLS 12.2.1.4.0 ?
