IIOPs Clients Unable To Connect To Admin Server After Enabling Administration Port

Symptoms
Using an IBM Case Manager(ICM) desktop client to connect to Admin Server for deploying some artifacts.
The connectivity works fine when the HTTPS port is enabled and HTTP Port is disabled.
As per security guidelines, Administration Port should be enabled in this domain.
When Administration Port is enabled, ICM just hung.
Captured thread dumps on ICM process and observed the below thread in the same state.
Based on the stack, identified that ICM is trying to connect to Admin Server using IIOPs.
