Admin Server Fails with Error: "org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" After Changing RCU Passwords (Doc ID 2856280.1)

Symptoms

After changing RCU passwords, WLS Admin Server fails to start with the following error:

 

Changes

Passwords were first changed on the database. Then the modifyBootStrapCredential command was executed as follows:

 modifyBootStrapCredential(jpsConfigFile='<Domain_Home>/config/fmwconfig/jps-config.xml',username='DEV_IAU_VIEWER',password='<new passwd>')

Then, corresponding Datasources were updated with the new password via the Admin Console.
