Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, ADF Core (Architecture, Model, Controllers, Business Comps. and Security)

When attempting to run an ADF application in weblogic 12.2.1.4 which created in JDeveloper 12.2.1.4 and tested to work fine inside JDeveloper, the application gives the following runtime exception
