Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version
Can no longer access the WebLogic Admin Console after playing with global roles and may have removed permissions. The error received is:
The console is not available at this address, or the user is not authorized to use this feature.
If an administration port is enabled (as is the case in secured production mode), then you must use that secured administration port (default to 9002) to access the console.
