Intermittent Error 'A system error has occurred' Occurs When Accessing the Imaging AXF Tasklist (Doc ID 2856665.1)

When users open the AXF tasklist from EBS, they are intermittently getting the below error:

A system error has occurred

It does not happen every time a user opens the tasklist. When it does happen, the user may have to open the tasklist for EBS multiple time before it opens correctly.
