Does SOA Suite : OracleAppsAdapter (EBS Adapter) require separate license to use? (Doc ID 2856906.1)

Goal

We are *not* using the Oracle EBS Adapter. For license purpose we are not allowed to install the Adapter. But the adapter is installed by default. We are *not* using the Oracle EBS Adapter.

How can we safely remove the Oracle EBS Adapter from Oracle SOA Suite 11g (11.1.1.9)?
Or
Can you confirm that the installation of the Adapater has *no* impact on license, as log you are *not* using it.
