(Doc ID 2856948.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 08, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Advanced Authentication - Version 12.2.1.4 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA) is integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM). The OAA Factor selection page, where a user picks which OAA factor to use for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), is not displayed. Instead, the end user sees a page that says "Bad Request"
Changes
During the integration of OAA with OAM, an OAM Agent is created in the OAA-Admin page. This involves the creation of a keystore file, using OAM's WLST command (registerThirdPartyTAPPartner). On the OAA-Admin page, the OAA administrator drags and drops the keystore file to the "Private Key File" section. Just below, there is a field for the "Private key Password".
